Returns and exchanges can be made to the same address where the first shipment was made, or to a new address; The exchange can be made: for the same product, for another of a higher value by paying the difference, or for a lower value by receiving the corresponding refund - as soon as we receive the exchange product;

The refund will only be for the value of the product and not for the shipping costs;

All products that are included free of charge in the order are subject to returns. In other words, if you wish to process an exchange or return of an order, we will take into account whether any product was included free of charge - such as gifts of "values ​​greater than". If upon completing the procedure the value is less than the minimum established for the gift to be included, Gapi World reserves the right to claim this product.
